Row 3. 1dc in each st across, ch3 & turn.
Row 4. repeat row 3 and FO.
Attach another piece of yarn to this end and tie the tutu around the mannequin. With the pink ribbon tie a small bow and hot glue to the tutu.

How to assemble your mannequin:

*With hot glue place 1 painted wooden ball slightly down inside the neck, glue black trim around the bottom and the neck  areas of the mannequin. Then glue the trim to each side.
(I had a problem getting the fabric glue to hold the trim in place around the neck so I placed a small dab of hot glue in the back and then used the other glue all the way around).

*Once your dowel is painted and trimmed to the length you want place the dowel up inside the mannequin through the bottom of the hole, pushing it up to the neck area (careful not to push it to hard).

*Drill the wooden base with a drill bit close to the same size as your dowel (careful not to go all the way to the bottom). Place a dab of wood glue inside the hole and place dowel inside wipe away any remaining glue, allow to dry and do touch up paint if needed.

*With hot glue place the 2nd painted wooden ball on top of the 1st ball.

Now just add pins because you are done!
